What is the order minimum?

Food costs are based on a minimum of 15 people. Orders less than 15 people will be charged a flat rate.

Do you do special requests?

We cater to your needs & are happy to customize a menu to fit your theme and budget.

How long does your delivery take?

Your meal will arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the food service time. A delivery fee will be added to all orders based on the event location.

Do you provide event decorations?

Themed decorations and serving ware are available for rent. Please inquire about rental rates.

Do you offer rental equipment?

We are happy to offer a range of rental equipment to complement your event, making Rise and Shine a one-stop shop for all your catering needs!

Our rental list includes Candy Bar Setup, Mason Jar Dispensers, 50 Cup Silver Coffee Urn, Tables, Linens, Chairs, BBQ Grill, Margarita Machine, Pop-Up Tent, and much more.

Do you provide tables and linens?

Tables and linens are not included. They can be rented for an additional charge.

How long is the service?

Standard service time is 1.5 to 2 hours. Please inquire if extended service is needed.

Southern California is a premier region for hosting many different types of events. From the small and intimate, to the grand and spacious; whatever the class of event you may be planning, we will find you a venue to suit both the theme and the overall mood of the affair. We work with some of Southern California’s most beautiful venues.

How long before should I order or book?

To ensure availability, all final counts, menu selections, and dietary restrictions must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to service, or by 12 pm Friday for Monday service.

What is the cancellation policy?

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Additional fees may be applied to orders canceled within this period.

What is the payment policy?

Payment by cash or check is collected on the day of the event. Payment by credit card will be charged 2 days before the event. A convenience fee of 3.25% for Visa, MasterCard, and American Express will be charged.

What is the service charge?

A service charge of 18%, which includes gratuity, is added to events with onsite staff.

What is the chef's charge?

Chefs are $35/hour for a minimum of 5 hours. This includes setup, service, & breakdown.
