Rise and Shine has done box lunches for a Dr Dre and Snoop Dog video on the beach for 1500 extras. We have also done box lunch catering for Santa Anita for 1600, offices in the San Fernando Valley, Santa Monica, Palisades, Downtown Los Angeles, El Segundo, the South Bay and Orange County. We take special care to make sure the freshest bread and boars heads meats. We have a variety of different types of boxes we like to use. Appearance is very important to us. Our gourmet box lunches are delivered in high quality boxes and include pasta or chips, fruit salad, cookie and brownie and a soda or water. Punctuality and friendly service are our hallmark.

25th Wedding Anniversary!
This weekend we catered a Wedding Anniversary. We used our Taco Cart for the meal to be cooked fresh on site for the guests. The menu included carne asada, shrimp and chicken fajitas, mahi mahi, enchiladas, rice, beans, cerviche, empanadas, Tex Mex salad. Our bartender served a full top shelf bar. Chef Mario and Chef Armine did a great job creating a true gourmet experience. It rained very hard but that’s what canopies and heaters are for! It was a cozy and elegant evening with musical performance by Trio Ellas as friends and family gathered and shared a very special and memorable night. Congratulations to the Arzola’s on their 25th Anniversary!
