This past Sunday, Sean and the Rise & Shine crew catered a rooftop wedding reception. The bride and groom came to us looking for a unique and innovative food pairing for their rooftop venue which looked over downtown Hollywood. At the suggestion of a taco cart instead of an upscale dinner, the brides eyes started gleam in excitement. At the end of the event, both wedding party and guests alike raved at how gourmet the food was while still meshing with the relaxed atmosphere. It looks like our gourmet taco cart is starting to become a new favorite with modern brides!

25th Wedding Anniversary!

This weekend we catered a Wedding Anniversary. We used our Taco Cart for the meal to be cooked fresh on site for the guests. The menu included carne asada, shrimp and chicken fajitas, mahi mahi, enchiladas, rice, beans, cerviche, empanadas, Tex Mex salad.  Our bartender served a full top shelf bar. Chef Mario and Chef Armine did a great job creating a true gourmet experience. It rained very hard but that’s what canopies and heaters are for! It was a cozy and elegant evening with musical performance by Trio Ellas as friends and family gathered and shared a very special and memorable night. Congratulations to the Arzola’s on their 25th Anniversary!
