Last week, we at Rise and Shine Catering served an easy going chic luncheon to the delightful guests of Hogan and Lovells. The Couscous Greek Salad was a hit! “Simple, but packed with flavor!” was the comment we kept hearing. Seconds and thirds were served because guests couldn’t get enough of our fresh California Cuisine. We appreciate Hogan Lovells’ business. They’ve been a regular client of ours for years, and we’re so happy we are able to serve them time and time again.
They’re such a tremendous company that really care about their employees and clients. All the employees we spoke to expressed how happy they were to work there. We kept hearing “this is a good company to work for.” Their business model of compassion and empathy is what we want to keep building at Rise and Shine Catering. We love our employees and our clients, and we want to go above and beyond to serve everyone in our circle.
Hogan Lovells – thank you for the opportunity to help you create a successful event.

This weekend Rise and Shine took part in Uncorked’s Sip & Savor event at Santa Monica Pier. It was a huge success we served one of our most popular dishes, Vegan Ceviche. Everyone enjoyed this dish and had an amazing time. We hope to get the chance to serve you soon, and give you and your guests the chance to try one of our amazing dishes!

Tonight, a documentary called Bright Lights, featuring the life of Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher is airing on HBO. In honor of the film’s premiere, here at Rise and Shine Catering, we’d like to take a moment to honor Carrie Fisher. We have worked with her in the past and she was always so pleasant to be around. May both ladies rest in peace.
